There are three founding principles that govern everything we do:
That's what we ask ourselves every day. We don’t know the answer to everything, but if we put ourselves in John's shoes, every problem become a little bit easier. And if not, well, we'll just go and bake some cookies.
We want to make the world taste better for everyone. So we make things - cookies, wine - that are made for sharing and bringing people together. Lovely, I’m sure you’ll agree.
We love the environment, but we're not 100% good for it. Yet. We're improving all the time, we're still looking for ways to be better.
We use Fair trade and organic ingredients whenever we can, our eggs come from the most chicken friendly farms in the Netherlands, we made the packaging for our cookies more environmentally friendly and we want to be even better in the future. We might never be perfect but we’ll do our best to try.
